Reuben Reid //
Reuben has been involved in design and advertising since 1994. During
this time he has gained extensive knowledge in design, advertising,
print, internet and marketing. In 2003 Reuben was a judge for the ‘Graphic’
category of the Best Design Awards.
His passion for technology and the ability to adapt quickly, result
in the prompt delivery of projects that utilise the most appropriate
techniques. All solutions are created to best suit the method of delivery,
target markets, client objectives and budget.
Being fluent in both creative and IT fields allows Reuben to operate
in a variety of consultancy roles, including sub-contracting to design,
advertising and public relations companies.

Miriama Reid //
Since graduating 1st equal in her final year from the Graphic Design,
Media Arts Degree at Waikato Polytechnic, Miriama has pursued design
with a passion.
She has worked with advertising, public relations and design companies
for 5 years prior to founding 360 in 1999.
Her design skills are broad, covering all areas of design for both
the corporate and not-for-profit markets.
Miriama manages clients requirements from concept to print. Providing
cohesive solutions, which are successfully applied across all media
effectively, on time and within budget.

Desna Whaanga-Schollum //
Desna brings a highly creative and conceptually driven influence to our team. Having graduated from her Bachelor in Design (Visual Communications) in 1997, she has developed her creative focus within both design and fine art contexts.
A strong visual strategist, Desna is passionate about business brand development. Desna has a broad design base and a creative mind adept at effectively evolving communications across wide-ranging media.
Desna’s design and arts work is accredited with the inaugural toi iho mark of Maori arts authenticity and quality. Her artworks are held in public and private collections in NZ, Australia, U.K. and USA.
